IPTVpn Terms of Use
Last updated: October 11, 2026
IPTVpn is an app for Apple TV published by DOWI PROJECT MANAGEMENT ("we"). By using the app or subscribing to its VPN, you agree to these terms. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add the rules of our service.
The player
IPTVpn is a player: it does not provide any channel, program or video. You add the IPTV subscription you have with your own provider, and you are responsible for having the right to watch what it offers. We have no link with IPTV providers and do not control their content, availability or quality.
VPN subscription
- The VPN is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, sold through the App Store. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in the subscription settings of your Apple Account; there is no commitment.
- The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial, offered once per Apple Account. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, according to its rules.
- A subscription runs on one Apple TV at a time: turning the VPN on with the same subscription on another Apple TV turns it off on the first one.
- The servers of the VPN are operated by our VPN network partner. Locations may change, and the VPN may be unavailable for a while, for example during maintenance or a network problem.
Acceptable use
You may not use the VPN for anything illegal, to attack, scan or overload other networks or services, to send spam, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend the VPN of a subscription used this way.
Privacy
We never record the websites, apps or channels you use through the VPN. What we keep, and why, is described in our privacy policy.
Liability
The app and the VPN are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for the content you watch, or for interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, its maintenance or its support.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change matters for your subscription, we will say so in the app.
