Adding a subscription

IPTVpn plays the IPTV subscription you bring from your own provider; we do not sell any content. On first launch, choose "Start" to type the link with the remote, or scan the QR code to send it from your phone. Your provider gives you an Xtream Codes account (server, username, password) or an M3U playlist link.

Channels or videos that do not play

Streams come directly from your provider. If a channel stays black or a video stops, try another quality of the channel (◀ ▶) and check with your provider that your subscription is active and not in use on another device.

The VPN subscription

The VPN is sold by Apple as an auto-renewable subscription. To cancel it or change plans: Apple TV Settings › Users and Accounts › your account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. One subscription runs on one Apple TV at a time: turning the VPN on on another Apple TV moves it there.
