IPTVpn Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

IPTVpn is an app for Apple TV published by DOWI PROJECT MANAGEMENT ("we"). It has two parts: a player for the IPTV subscription you bring from your own provider, and an optional VPN sold as an in-app subscription.

The player

The links, usernames and passwords of your IPTV subscriptions stay on your Apple TV (in its keychain). The app connects directly to your provider to load channels, programs and videos; we never receive them. We have no account system and no advertising or tracking in the app.

The VPN

We never record the websites, apps or channels you use through the VPN, the content of your traffic, or your IP address. To provide the VPN to your Apple TV, our server keeps only:

We do not know your name, email address or payment details: purchases are handled by Apple.

The servers your traffic goes through are operated by our VPN network partner, a specialized provider based outside the European Union. Like any VPN server, they see the public IP address of your Apple TV and the destinations of your traffic while the VPN is on. We send the partner only the account identifier we create for you. Our partner states that it keeps no logs: no visited sites, no traffic, no IP addresses, no connection times. Using the VPN means your traffic goes through these servers, outside the European Union.

These data are used only to provide the VPN. When your subscription ends, the VPN stops on your Apple TV, the account at our partner is disabled, and all of these data are deleted (from our server and at our partner) 30 days after the end. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your VPN data at any time. Because we do not know who you are, send us the date of your purchase from your Apple purchase history, and we will find and delete the matching record.
